Journey of the Night Princess

I really wanted to work on something different for a change. Gotta agree a draw a lot of princesses. But I don't do much detailled backgrounds these days and I rarelly work night scenes. The color scheme is also a change, I love purple myself, so I was glad to work almost all purple for this one too.

.: The Night Princess flies around the world hoping to see the sun someday. The moon keeps following her anywhere she goes so everyone around her keeps falling into an endless sleep. She meets a swan in a nearby pond. The swan assures her he's the fastest one in the kingdom. "Ride with me and the moon will grow tired of following us. Then you will see the sun and wake everyone in your kingdom". So her race agains't the moon starts. :.
