I wanted to give myself a bigger challenge by doing a more complex background. But I think that was one too many bricks! *laughs*

The scan is as close as I could get. My scanner hates blue. It really does.... or it hates me!

Wow, that background is so detailed and lovely. (Don't worry about the amount of bricks; I think it's fine!) * O * I find dramatic lighting really hard to pull off in traditional art, but you've done it exceptionally well here.

Your picture gives off both a mysterious (makes me wonder, where is he taking that? haha) and enchanting (the stars) feel to it. It reminds me of a charming storybook-like illustration. And of course, the character is adorable.

Congrats on the DD; it's well deserved!

I had to look it up! So many brought this up! ahah! My character was supposed to be a cat though, not a raccoon. I knew nothing of Sly Cooper until now. :)
